Breakfast Features

EGGS BENEDICT SOUTHERN STYLE:   Seasoned Gulf Shrimp, slivered peppers and onions, andouille sausage, spooned atop two homemade grilled cheesy grit biscuits, poached eggs, then finished with our own Cajun hollandaise sauce served with hash browns.  $8.99 

LOUISIANA SKILLET:   Red skin potatoes, Andouille sausage, peppers and onions, two farm fresh scrambled eggs, topped with pepper jack cheese, then dusted with New Orleans seasonings,  served with toast and jam.   $8.99 

 

Lunch or Dinner Features Sandwiches from the south are served with French Fries and Cole Slaw

BAYOU CRAB CAKE SANDWICH:  Hand pressed, jumbo lump crab with our special seasonings, pan fried to golden, topped with shredded lettuce, tomato slices, atop a grilled brioche roll    with our own bistro sauce.    $10.99 

SHRIMP PO BOY:   A generous portion of seasoned gulf shrimp, tossed with nine herbs & spices, pan fried, layered atop a grilled French roll with lettuce, tomato and special sauce.   $10.99 

STEAK PO BOY:   Shaved rib eye, smothered with peppers & onions, Louisiana pepper sauce, stuffed between a grilled french roll, with pepper jack cheese, served with Cajun ajus   $10.99

CATFISH PO BOY:   Cornmeal crusted cat fish filet, (or blackened), topped with shredded lettuce, tomato slices and creole mayo, Stacked on a grilled Vienna sub roll.   $10.99 

 

Dinner features are served with your choice of cole slaw, dinner salad or homemade soup & choice of side dish with homemade cornbread

SHRIMP AND SAUSAGE ALFREDO CAJUN STYLE:   Creamy Alfredo sauce laced with Cajun spice, sauteed gulf shrimp and Andouille sausage, served over a bed of fettuccine pasta. $13.95

JAMBALAYA:   A hardy Louisiana stew of shrimp, Andouille sausage and chicken, simmered with onions, peppers Tasso ham and herbs, served atop a bed of vermicelli rice.  $12.95

NEW ORLEANS SHRIMP AND CHESSY GRITS:  Seasoned homemade white cheesy grits, surrounded with sautéed gulf shrimp, Tasso ham, Andouille sausage, onions, sweet red and green bell peppers, topped with scallions.  $13.95

BAYOU TWIN CRAB CAKES:   Two hand pressed jumbo lump crab cake patties, made in house, pan fried to golden with our special seasonings served with remoulade sauce.  $14.95
