Two thinly sliced sirloin medallions, stuffed with our seasoned pork, hickory smoked bacon, dill pickle, Bermuda onion & Belgium carrot sticks, with our herbed red wine demi glaze (pairs well with Ludington Brewing-James St. Brown or Cabernet Sauvignon)
Hand breaded & lightly season pork cutlet served with our German demi glaze mushroom sauce (pairs well with Arcadia Ales- Jaw Jacker or Pairs will Earthen Ales, Sweetbrier Wheat, Pinot Nior or German Piesporter)
